- Forum where you can post and critique each other's videos, and have your videos critiqued by high-level players and former coaching students. In countless lessons and coaching sessions, students told me accountability and feedback were the most important things missing from their daily practice routines.

The 80/20 Mastermind is a low-budget solution to the "tribe" problem. Why do we improve so quickly in music school? Why do get in shape faster in a Crossfit class than working out on our own? Two reasons:
