Thought “I’m too busy for coaching”, but were “meh” about the other options?

Group? Eeeh, I’ll wait till I’ve got more time.

But more time has a way of never showing up.

Now: you don’t have to wait any more.

Introducing: the helping hand program

The program that saves you time by giving you ONLY what you want: one-on-one instruction, and personalized video evaluation.

here’s exactly what you’ll get:

12 1:1s with ME - Unlike some other programs, in Helping Hand, you’ll get one-on-one mentorship directly from me. We’ll meet mostly-weekly over the course of up to 9 months, so you have me at your disposal every step-of-the-way.

Time commitment for you: minimal. An extra 30 minutes during “lesson weeks”. But results of getting a new direction in your playing = can be HUGE. (See student results below.)

Personalized Feedback - Every student in Helping Hand gets unlimited feedback on their videos for an entire year. I usually recommend the day before our live session, but you can also submit for feedback whenever you want.

Time commitment for you: minimal. Just record some of what you’re already doing, then set aside ten minutes to watch my review, and I’ll do all the rest.

A “Virtual Campus” - In Helping Hand you get 9 months of access to the virtual campus, and lifetime access to the alumni group. These are private groups where you can “vibe” with your fellow students, as if you were walking down the hall in music school, hearing others practice, and stopping by to ask for and share advice.

Time commitment for you = minimal. Just post your videos a few times-a-month, and, if you feel up to it, interact a bit with your fellow students while you wait in line for coffee. It’s probably healthier than Instagram :P

Group Workshops - We’ve kept the 1:1 contact and streamlined everything else. But sometimes you want to ask an extra question, or just “hang out” with your fellow students. In addition to our 1:1s, you also get 2 optional hours of group sessions every week.

But make no mistake - this program is for busy drummers. (Busy with life.) That’s why, even if it looks like a lot, this program can take you to the next level with barely an extra hour per week beyond what you already spend practicing.

It’s no wonder recent students had this to say…

“I’m addicted to this stuff. I’ve never had this much fun playing drums.”
Adam, Coaching Graduate

“It’s the perfect fit for someone like me—busy, analytical, but serious about getting better.”
Gavin, Coaching Graduate

And that’s just the beginning…

“in their own words” - hear from real coaching students

It’s been amazing to see my students succeed, and a big part of that success is the accountability that a coach can provide.

Let’s hear from 2 more of them.

more student transformations

Let’s look at the results Chris, Adam, Brian, and my jazz student achieved through coaching.

how is this different from impossible to fail, our flagship 1:1?

First of all, when you apply, Seth will still speak to you about all options, capacity-permitting, and match you with the program that’s best for you.

…But you’re probably also wondering “how is this different from Impossible to Fail?”

Shutterstock to the rescue once again

3 key ways:

  • It’s “slimmer” - 12 1:1s instead of 24, though you still have a lot of time (9 months) in which to complete them.

  • It’s made for drummers who have a decent idea what to work on, and good materials; they want a “thought partner” to point them in the right direction.

  • Finally, it’s created for drummers who “thought they were too busy” for Impossible to Fail. If you have 5 hours to practice most weeks, even with weeks off for travel/work/life, you can still break through in this program.

What’s the investment?

The answer is, that will depend on your situation, and our admissions reps will help you assess what's the best option, after learning whether your situation and goals are a fit.

But I want to set expectations.

Since last year, 3 enrollments worth of drummers have invested over $2000 to join the group coaching, which is structured to be 12 weeks long, has a set curriculum (which I think is excellent), and has, well - group workshops.

Impossible to Fail, our flagship program, sits at $6,000 - $6,500, with 24 1:1s, and a custom curriculum.

One of my excellent drum colleagues charges $13,000 for the top tier of coaching with him.

This program is more affordable than either of those.

By “slimming down” to half the number of 1:1s, we’re able to offer this at a more affordable rate than Impossible to Fail.

But it’s still an investment.
